1-Booking and Confirmation

All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or booking form. Booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from A1 Drivers via SMS, email, or phone call. Service availability is subject to driver availability.

2. Service Usage

Customers are responsible for providing accurate details, including pick-up and drop-off locations. The customer must ensure that the vehicle provided for the driver is in good condition and has all necessary documents (insurance, registration, etc.). Drivers are not liable for any damage caused to the customer’s vehicle during the service.

3. Payments

Payments must be made at the time of booking or upon completion of the service. The charges are calculated based on the service package selected. Any additional hours or distance will be charged separately. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Responsibilities and Liability

A1 Drivers ensures that all drivers are experienced, verified, and trained, but the company is not liable for any unforeseen incidents during the service. Customers are advised not to leave any valuables in the vehicle. A1 Drivers will not be held responsible for any loss or theft. A1 Drivers reserves the right to refuse service if the customer is under the influence of alcohol or behaving inappropriately.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers may cancel a booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days. A1 Drivers reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
